Justi has been a part of our team since 2024 and fulfills the essential position of our Branch Operations Manager. She works behind the scenes championing the values and vision of Kindred Spirits through promoting a positive work environment, planning and execution of company events, hiring and onboarding new staff, payroll, and overseeing the administration of the entire team. If our team is an orchestra, Justi is our master conductor who helps to keep everyone on the same page and in working order.
As a busy mom of four teenagers, Justi doesn’t get a lot of downtime, but fully embraces managing a non-stop schedule of sports, school, and social logistics. In the quiet moments, she enjoys travelling with her husband and children, and connecting with friends and family.
